Merlot Spritzer

Ingredients
3 oz. CK Mondavi California Grown Merlot
3 oz. Sparkling Water
1 oz. simple syrup (optional add more or less for taste)
1 twist of orange peel for aromatics
Preparation
Fill a wine glass or tumbler with ice.
Add wine, sparkling water and simple syrup.
Stir gently to mix
Garnish with orange peel for aromatics
